Had been to an early morning outing with another good photog friend who also is a snake wrangler / handler.
We got some beautiful landscapes, early morning sunrise and a panorama. But the best part turned about to be later in the day. While my friend was photographing a bird he noticed a cat jumping onto something and suddenly there was attack. He knew it was a snake, only when we went close we knew it was a bamboo pit viper. He carefully lifted it placed it on the ground. I cannot explain the amazing feeling watching the snake rest. He had a full tummy and was lazing around. I am sure the cat would have beaten him and eaten them later. Glad my friend was around and he moved the snake on to some bushes later on. I have hd video of the same which I will post later on. Hope you like the photograph.
Oh my tripod is the luckiest as my friend used it as a stick to move the snake around
A beautiful morning at the lake. Lucky to reach in time before the sunrise. Beautiful colors. This is the part 1, part 2 to follow soon.
Hope you like the pictures.
This is one of photographs taken during a on – location food shoot I did.
It’s challenging to photograph food on location, specially when you have a very few options to work with. Here are a few photographs from the shoot. We used all kinds of props options available to give a different look and appeal to each photograph.
I do know things could be improved or made to look better, but as mentioned we had a very limited set of options.
I will be posting more in coming days or you can visit and have a look at a few more photographs from this shoot.
Something for fun. Doodling again. Old pictures, re visited and edited. Kept the sunny feel on the lower picture while edited the upper one with a little cold and vintage feel. Hope you like it.
Been so long I posted anything. Not even food.
So here we go. I clicked this some days back. You can have so many options with eggs. The way they can be arranged, they way you can light them. Real fun.
As we climb above the main entrance we enter into a galore of artistic details. Wood work is simply brilliant. Sculpture is marvelous and the silence takes you back in time.
Though a lot of part in the palace was burned due to fire, such remainders of the past are still in tact.
Shanivar Wada is a palace fort in Pune, Maharashtra. India. It was built in the year 1736. It was the seat of the Peshwa rulers of the Maratha empire, until 1818 when the Peshwas surrendered to the British.

Had a great outing with a photog friend. Got some pictures which I feel are different than hundereds of Shaniwar Wada photographs on the internet.
Whatever caused the fire in the destroyed much of the architectural structures inside, what mainly remains is the outer wall of the fort and the main entrance that you see in this picture. The upper level is marvelous as fine details are still present.
My call would be to visit this place again at a different time of the day.
Next few days will be posting some more pictures from this beautiful place.
I had a couple of tried earlier to shoot ginger for the raw food photographs. Couple of times the setup did not look right, the light was a bit okay, the ginger wasn’t properly placed. But, today everything fell in place and the first couple of photographs I was happy to get the right shot.
Hope you like it as well.
This would be my all time favorite fruit. Simple eat it or juice it up. I would definitely prefer to eat it than the juice tough.
I sprinkled some water, following some suggestions on earlier pictures.
Hope you like the photograph
